Nicole Harris
Chief Development Officer
Nicole Harris is The 74's Chief Development Officer, where she oversees grants and gifts strategy and other revenue development opportunities.
She comes to The 74 with over 20 years’ experience in fundraising, youth development, and non-profit management, most recently serving as Vice President of Development for Chapter Relations for After-School All-Stars (ASAS), a non-profit providing cost-free afterschool enrichment programming for 140,000 students attending Title I schools across the country.
Prior to ASAS, Nicole served as the founding Community Engagement Manager at Uncommon Schools North Star Academy and the Annual Gifts Officer at the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation. While at North Star Academy, she founded the Community Academy – a school for adults offering free GED test support in addition to college and job readiness support. Ninety percent of graduates from Community Academy went on to receive their high school diploma, with 70% enrolling in college and securing sustainable employment
